IT Factory is seeking a hands-on, all-rounder to join the Bundoora warehouse team in Victoria. You will handle IT equipment end-to-end, test and prepare devices, and assist field services by installing hardware in offices across Victoria.

This is a varied, on-site role with potential leadership discussion on salary. A valid driver’s licence is required, forklift licence preferred, and you’ll travel to client sites throughout Victoria to support warehouse and field operations.

• Install printers, monitors, docking stations, and other devices at client offices.
• Maintain accurate warehouse and asset records.
• Support general warehouse duties as required.

IT Factory is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, adaptable all-rounder to join our Bundoora warehouse team. This role suits someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse operations, IT hardware handling, and on-site installation work across Victoria.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end handling of IT equipment, including collection, testing, reporting, and preparing devices for deployment. When projects are active, you'll also support our field services team by installing hardware such as printers, monitors, and other workplace devices in offices across Victoria.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety - no two days look the same.

Salary is flexible and open to further discussion for the right candidate.

Aptitude to self-manage and potentially lead a small team will be taken into account when discussing salary.

Ability to maintain an organised warehouse, prioritising logical warehouse functionality is also key in overall package discussions.
