Job summary

National Workforce is hiring Pick Packers and Warehouse Workers for multiple shifts in Erskine Park and Western Sydney. Join a busy warehouse team with immediate starts and opportunities to gain experience with major clients.

You will be part of a fast-paced environment handling picking, packing, and dispatch activities. We are seeking reliable, motivated individuals who can work independently or with a team, stay physically active, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred (3+ months).
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a busy environment.
• Physically fit and able to stay active through shifts.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Safety-conscious with good workplace conduct.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders for dispatch.
• Use RF scanners to locate items.
• Assist with stock replenishment and restocking.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Maintain safety standards and tidy work area.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You ll be part of a busy warehouse team helping get customer orders out the door.

Your duties may include:

• Picking and packing orders
• Using RF scanners
• Voice picking
• Checking orders for accuracy and quality
• Preparing goods for dispatch
• Restocking and replenishing stock
• Using MHE and/or manual pallet jacks
• General warehouse duties
• Following workplace health & safety procedures

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We re looking for people who are:

• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking and motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse
• Physically fit and happy to stay active throughout the shift
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-conscious
• Comfortable using RF scanners
• Experienced with voice picking (highly regarded)
• Experienced with MHE and/or manual pallet jacks (highly regarded)

Warehouse or pick-packing experience of 3+ months is preferred.
