Action Workforce Pty is recruiting Pick Packers and Process Workers for multiple client sites across Mascot, Matraville and Banksmeadow. No prior experience required; full training provided. If you’re reliable, physically fit, eager to learn, and ready to start, we want to hear from you!

Roles include picking/packing, RF scanning, stock handling, sorting, labeling, dispatching, loading/unloading, and general warehouse duties with safety in mind. AM and PM shifts available, with ongoing work.

Looking for a fresh start in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing? We’re hiring reliable and motivated Pick Packers and Process Workers to join multiple established client sites across Mascot, Matraville and Banksmeadow.

No previous warehouse experience? No problem! Full training will be provided. If youre reliable, physically fit, ready to learn and keen to get to work, we want to hear from you!

About the Roles

Depending on the site and shift, your duties may include:

• Picking and packing orders
• RF scanning and stock handling
• Sorting, labelling and dispatching product
• Loading and unloading goods
• General warehouse duties
• Processing and preparing products for distribution
• Assisting with food production and packing
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

AM & PM Shifts Available

We have opportunities across different client sites, with morning (AM) and afternoon/evening (PM) shifts available depending on the location and role.

Typical availability may include:

• AM shifts: 6am-6.30am starts
• PM shifts: 2pm-2.30pm starts
• Monday to Friday opportunities

Exact shift times vary depending on the client site and position.
