Job summary

Australian Landscape Supplies on the Sunshine Coast seeks an all-round yard assistant who can operate a forklift, manage a busy dry-yard, and pick and pack orders for local contractors. This site-based role requires a current LF forklift licence and a valid driver’s licence, reliability, and the ability to switch between forklift work and local deliveries.

We offer a permanent role with a Brisbane-grown company and a clean, organised yard.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience required.
• Experience with picking/packing and logistics work.
• Valid driver’s licence and LF forklift licence required.

Responsibilities

• Talks to contractors and supports yard operations.
• Manages yard organisation and stock with attention to safety and cleanliness.
• Picks and packs orders; may assist with local deliveries as needed.

At Australian Landscape Supplies (ALS), we are expanding our team on the Sunshine Coast. We aren't a slow-moving corporate office — we're a "sleeves-up" team that needs an all-rounder who can talk to contractors, manage the yard, and pick and pack orders.

We are looking for someone who:

Thrives on Variety: Happy to jump between forklift work, pick and packing, and local deliveries when required

Takes Pride: Treats the branch like it's their own business and keeps it looking sharp

What We're Looking For:

Licence: Current Forklift (LF) Licence AND a valid Driver's Licence (essential)

Background: Experience in forklift operations, pick and packing, and logistics
