Job summary

BAR Group, an Australian family-owned distribution and manufacturing business, is seeking a Warehouse and Despatch Manager to lead a small team at our Mulgrave site. You will oversee picking, packing, stock control and dispatch of orders while ensuring safety and accuracy throughout the fulfilment process.

With a forklift licence, Australian driver’s licence and strong computer skills (MYOB Acumatica preferred), you will coordinate documentation, manage stocktakes and liaise with transport

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse or despatch team.
• Forklift licence and valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Ability to prioritise and coordinate competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify issues, take ownership and resolve practically.
• Good computer skills; MYOB Acumatica is advantageous but not required.
• Strong stock control and proactive ops improvement mindset.
• Uphold safety and quality assurance systems and processes.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support other areas of the business.

About you

• Excellent computer skills; experience with MYOB Acumatica will be advantageous, howver not mandatory
• Strong stock control skills and a proactive approach to improving daily operations.
• The ability to uphold safety and quality assurance systems and processes.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support other areas of the business.
