Job summary

Aussie Switchboards Pty Ltd. is seeking a reliable, full-time Warehouse Dispatch and Stores Assistant for our Molendinar facility in Queensland.

Qualifications

Pay: AU$70,000.00 – AU$76,271.27 per year

Aussie Switchboards is looking for a full time, reliable warehouse dispatch and stores assistant for our manufacturing facility in Molendinar, QLD.

This role will be fulfilling a full time position, overlooking our goods store as well as managing deliveries ingoing and outgoing, stock levels, and optimizing functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Moving, wrapping and palletising finished switchboards ready for dispatch
• Completing delivery dockets and coordinating pickups with freight companies
• Recording missing or short-supplied switchgear in our job-tracking system (ClickUp)
• Unboxing incoming switchgear and sorting it into designated job boxes
• Packing job boxes so each build has everything it needs
• Receiving and unloading deliveries into stores
• Maintaining stock levels and recording stock movements using our inventory app (Sortly)
• Keeping the stores and dispatch area clean, tidy and safe
• General workshop support as needed
• Training will be provided on the job and continuous support throughout.
• Previous experience with Sortly or a similar program is highly considered, but not required.
