Job summary

Prowse Plumbing is seeking a reliable part-time team member to manage warehouse tasks, handle local deliveries, and perform gardening and grounds maintenance in the Bendigo area. You may join as a combined role or split into two flexible part-time positions depending on skills and availability.

The role offers a variety of hands-on duties with a supportive, down-to-earth team and locally based operations servicing Central Victoria.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, deliveries, gardening or landscaping is advantageous.
• Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
• Current driver's licence (manual preferred).

Responsibilities

• Pick, prepare and organise materials for daily jobs.
• Receive deliveries, check stock and maintain an organised warehouse.
• Deliver materials and equipment to job sites and collect orders from suppliers.
• Assist with stock control and general warehouse duties.
• Carry out gardening, lawn mowing, weeding and general grounds maintenance.
• Assist with basic landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks.
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a safe and tidy condition.
• Support the wider team with general maintenance and operational duties as required.

Warehouse, Delivery & Grounds Maintenance Team Member

This is a varied part-time role involving warehouse organisation, local deliveries, gardening, landscaping and general property maintenance. You'll help keep the warehouse running smoothly, ensure plumbers have the materials and equipment they need and undertake a variety of gardening, landscaping and general property maintenance works.

The position may be offered as one combined role or split into two separate part-time positions — Warehouse & Deliveries and Gardening & Grounds Maintenance — depending on applicants' skills, experience and availability.

Key responsibilities

Pick, prepare and organise materials for daily jobs.

Receive deliveries, check stock and maintain an organised warehouse.

About you

Reliable, organised and able to work independently.

Physically capable of undertaking manual handling and outdoor work.

Experience in warehouse operations, deliveries, gardening or landscaping would be an advantage.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Willingness to undertake a variety of tasks.

Commitment to workplace health and safety.

Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
