Job summary

About the Role

We’re heading into our busiest time of year and need extra hands in our Keysborough warehouse. This is a casual, on-site role, ideal for someone who is reliable, works hard and can get up to speed quickly.

Day to day, you’ll help with:

• Receiving, checking and organising incoming stock
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and on time
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Restocking shelves and keeping inventory records up to date
• Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts (if licensed)
• Supporting our sales and customer service teams with order queries
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and well organised

You’ll work closely with the team to meet dispatch deadlines and keep things running smoothly during peak demand.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, plumbing supplies or trade environment is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail when picking, packing and handling stock
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks and follow safety procedures
• A current forklift licence (LF) is a big advantage
• Basic computer skills for processing orders and updating stock; experience with an ERP or warehouse management system is a bonus
• A reliable, punctual team player who can also work independently
• Availability and flexibility across our busy period
