Job summary

Qube Logistics & Infrastructure is seeking a proactive Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join the Moorebank Warehouse team. You will be the key link between customers, warehouse operations, and transport providers, ensuring orders and enquiries are managed accurately and efficiently.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager / Customer Service Supervisor, you will coordinate customer orders, manage inventory enquiries, and support day-to-day warehouse operations to deliver outstanding

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, logistics or warehousing.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with WMS systems or supply chain operations is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and customer portals.
• Process and monitor customer orders through to dispatch and delivery.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to meet customer requirements and priorities.
• Assist with inventory enquiries, stock investigations, and reporting.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and transport documentation.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies and service issues.
• Generate customer reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qube Logistics & Infrastructure (QL&I) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join our Moorebank Warehouse team. This role is the key link between customers, warehouse operations, and transport providers, ensuring orders and enquiries are managed accurately and efficiently.

About the Role
