Job summary

AWX is seeking a reliable Warehouse & Customer Service Operator to join our West Gosford team. The role combines manual pick‑packing of plasterboard, forklift operation and face‑to‑face customer service in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

You will handle stock, assist with loading and unloading, and ensure safety and efficiency throughout shifts from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. A current forklift licence and prior warehouse experience are essential.

Qualifications

Rate of Pay: $37.00 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and physically capable Warehouse & Customer Service Operator to join our client in West Gosford. This is a hands‑on, physically demanding role combining manual pick‑packing of plasterboard, forklift operation and face‑to‑face customer service. The role involves repetitive manual handling, lifting and flipping plasterboard sheets, operating a forklift and preparing complete house lots for dispatch throughout the day. Our branch operates in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment where productivity, teamwork and safety are essential. The successful candidate must be prepared to work hard, adapt to changing priorities and maintain a strong work ethic throughout the day.
