Job summary

Toowoomba Betta Home Living is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to lead daily warehouse operations in Toowoomba. You’ll take ownership, drive process improvements and keep the warehouse running safely and smoothly.

We’re looking for someone organised with warehouse operations experience, strong communication and problem solving skills, and a forklift licence. This is a Monday–Friday role with occasional Saturdays, offering a collaborative team and emphasis on practical, hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse workflow.

What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to lead daily warehouse operations at Toowoomba Betta Home Living. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and keeping a warehouse running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily warehouse workflow
• Prioritising incoming and outgoing freight
• Allocating tasks to warehouse staff
• Ensuring WHS procedures are followed
• Training and supporting warehouse team members
• Conducting safety checks and maintaining warehouse standards

• Has experience in warehouse operations
• Brings excellent communication and problem solving ability
• Has a high attention to detail
• Has a proven ability to work safely and efficiently
• Holds a Forklift licence
