Responsibilities

• Organise, pick, charge, and dispatch daily orders with correct documentation.
• Inspect and test hose assemblies in line with QA and ISO procedures.
• Complete QA checks prior to dispatch.
• Coordinate freight bookings and communicate consignment details to clients.
• Assist site services teams with onsite customer requirements (local and interstate).
• Maintain high warehouse presentation standards.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will actively assist in branch operations, including the checking, packing, and dispatch of sales orders, while supporting workshop and site service activities.

You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, ensuring timely deliveries, and contributing to a positive company reputation through prompt and courteous service.

What does your day look like:
