Job summary

CHILL Logistics is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to keep our depot operations efficient, accurate, and safe across multiple CHILL sites. You will own the floor, drive stock accuracy, and make rapid real-time decisions to maintain flow and quality.

The role requires 2–3+ years in a fast-paced warehouse or cold-chain setting, a valid High-Risk forklift license, HACCP knowledge, and a proactive safety mindset. Expect an active shift with physical work and cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in a fast-paced warehouse or cold-chain logistics setting.
• Valid High-Risk Forklift License with hands-on operating experience (High Reach expertise highly regarded).
• HACCP knowledge and previous experience working in refrigerated/frozen environments are major advantages.
• Uncompromising commitment to floor safety, quality control, and proactive hazard identification.
• Comfortable lifting up to 20kg safely throughout an active, physical shift.
• Willingness to move between CHILL sites and adapt to different floor layouts, teams, and daily priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pick‑and‑pack operations across CHILL depots—stepping up as the senior operational contact on‑site when required.
• Champion safety culture on the floor—identifying risks early, logging near‑misses immediately, and holding the standard even when under pressure.
• Conduct stock counts, drive 100% inventory accuracy, and thoroughly investigate discrepancies before adjusting numbers.
• Make confident operational calls in real time and maintain clear documented records whenever escalating complex issues.
• Actively spot operational bottlenecks and bring smart, practical solutions to the table to refine workflow.

What You Bring to the Team:
