Job summary

CHILL in Western Australia is seeking a hands-on warehouse worker to join our cold chain team. You’ll spend about 75% of your shift picking and packing, and the remaining time operating a forklift to move stock in a temperature-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LF forklift licence — a hard requirement.
• High Reach experience is highly desirable.
• Right to work in Australia.

• Comfortable working in cold and freezer environments for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack duties across the warehouse (around 75% of your shift).
• Operating a forklift for stock movement and pallet flow (around 25% of your shift) in temperature-controlled environments including cold store and freezer zones.
• Using equipment safely around pedestrians — maintaining clearance distances and speed limits at all times.
• Completing pre-use equipment checks before every shift.
• Moving stock to pick locations, supporting loading and unloading as needed.
• Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and safety concerns — before something happens.
• Keeping your work area clean, organised, and compliant with CHILL safety standards.
