Job summary

CHILL is seeking a dedicated warehouse teammate to move stock quickly and safely in a high-paced cold chain environment. Your main focus will be 75% pick & pack work and 25% forklift operation, ensuring orders are accurate and ready at the dock.

You must have a current LF forklift licence and be comfortable working in cold/freezer zones. Safety-minded, physically fit, and team-oriented candidates will thrive here.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack duties across the warehouse (around 75% of your shift).
• Operating a forklift for stock movement and pallet flow (around 25% of your shift) in a temperature-controlled environment — including cold store and freezer zones.
• Using equipment safely around pedestrian team members — maintaining clearance distances and speed limits at all times.
• Completing pre-use equipment checks before every shift.
• Moving stock to pick locations, supporting loading and unloading as needed.
• Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and safety concerns — before something happens, not after.
• Keeping your work area clean, organised, and compliant with CHILL safety standards.
