Motion Asia Pacific Pty is seeking a Store Person at our Orange branch to efficiently receive, store, pick and dispatch industrial products. You will contribute to accurate inventory, quick order fulfilment and top-notch customer service, in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role values attention to detail, safety, and teamwork, with duties spanning stock control, stock availability inquiries, and occasional local deliveries. An Australian citizen or permanent resident is required.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in receiving, dispatch, picking and packing in a warehouse.
• A current driver's licence.
• A current forklift licence is desirable.
• A strong commitment to safe work practices and warehouse housekeeping.
• Good attention to detail, particularly when receiving stock and preparing customer orders.
• Confident communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• A customer-focused approach, with the ability to problem-solve and work collaboratively.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, check and put away incoming stock accurately.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders efficiently and safely.
• Assist with general warehouse and store operations to keep the branch running smoothly.
• Maintain stock accuracy through effective inventory handling and stock control.
• Assist customers with product, order, stock availability, delivery and account enquiries via phone and email.
• Work closely with branch and internal teams to deliver reliable customer service.
• Assist with local customer deliveries when required.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
