Job summary

PumpEng Pty Ltd in Perth is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to organize warehouse activities, manage stock levels, and support administrative tasks. You will coordinate inventory movements, run cycle counts, and ensure accuracy and safety in daily operations.

The role requires forklift certification, solid logistics experience, basic ERP/SAP familiarity, and compliance with safety standards. Australian working rights are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movements of inventory between branches.
• Ensure warehouse tasks follow procedures to satisfy customers.
• Maintain inventory control systems for accuracy.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and stock audits.
• Carry out general warehouse/stores duties (loading/unloading, picking and packing).
• Provide backup branch administration when required.

About this opportunity

This position is based in our Perth branch. As our Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating the warehouse team, maintaining accurate inventory records, processing orders, and providing administrative support.

Success in this role means the smooth functioning of the warehouse and accurate stock levels, all whilst maintaining a safe working environment.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Coordinating movements of inventory between branches
• Ensuring operational and administrative tasks within the warehouse are completed in accordance with established procedures and to the satisfaction of external and internal customers
• Maintaining inventory control systems to properly manage stock levels and ensure accuracy always
• Conducting weekly cycle counts and stock audits to maintain accurate inventory and reconcile discrepancies
• Carrying out general warehouse/stores duties, including loading and unloading goods, picking and packing, etc
• Providing back up branch administration when required

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

• Have current Australian working rights
