Job summary

PumpEng is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Australia (Perth area) to coordinate the warehouse team, manage inventory records, process orders, and provide admin support. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient warehouse operations within a growing, mining-focused OEM environment.

You’ll contribute to smooth stock handling, weekly cycle counts, and best-practice procedures while collaborating with branches and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics settings.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to protocols.
• Able to use standard computer software for inventory/administration.
• Hold a current Australian work rights and forklift ticket.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movements of inventory between branches and within the warehouse.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse tasks and ensure procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and perform cycle counts/stock audits.
• Assist with loading/unloading, picking/packing as required.
• Provide backup branch administration when needed.
• Support inventory control systems and reconciliation efforts.

About this opportunity

This position is based in our Perth branch. As our Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating the warehouse team, maintaining accurate inventory records, processing orders, and providing administrative support.

Success in this role means the smooth functioning of the warehouse and accurate stock levels, all whilst maintaining a safe working environment.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Coordinating movements of inventory between branches
• Ensuring operational and administrative tasks within the warehouse are completed in accordance with established procedures and to the satisfaction of external and internal customers
• Maintaining inventory control systems to properly manage stock levels and ensure accuracy always
• Conducting weekly cycle counts and stock audits to maintain accurate inventory and reconcile discrepancies
• Carrying out general warehouse/stores duties, including loading and unloading goods, picking and packing, etc
• Providing back up branch administration when required

What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

• A proactive commitment to safety protocols
• Previous warehouse/logistics experience
• A forklift ticket
• Intermediate computer skills
• Have current Australian working rights

• Experience working with an ERP/SAP
• A background in mining or manufacturing
