Placements24 is seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to join their team in Queenstown. The role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, working closely with the warehouse team to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and safety in operations.

This hands-on position suits someone who enjoys physical work and is committed to ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Training on warehouse operations and equipment will be provided, with opportunities for overtime

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is advantageous.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and inventory integrity.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential for this role in Queenstown.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and stock rotation.
• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer requirements and order specifications.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging for carrier pickup.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
