Job summary

FlameStop Australia is seeking a motivated Trade Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant for the Lane Cove Branch. You will be the friendly face at the trade counter while supporting smooth warehouse operations, including order processing, packing, dispatch, and occasional deliveries.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm, with a focus on reliable, customer-focused service and teamwork in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience.
• Forklift licence is required.
• Current driver licence is required.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide counter and phone service to trade customers.
• Process customers' orders and prepare quotes.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders.
• Unload & load trucks.
• Organise and maintain stock.
• Support general sales activities.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
• Occasional deliveries using a small ute.

FlameStop Australia is the largest manufacturer and wholesaler of fire protection products with over 30 years of experience, and we take great pleasure in being a 'one stop shop' in supplying the fire industry with the largest range of Australian Standards approved products.

Due to growth within the company, we are looking for a motivated Trade Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant to join our Lane Cove Branch. You'll be the friendly face at the trade counter while also supporting smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Hours

Monday to Friday Shift Work Only I 8:00am - 4:30pm

Duties Include

As our Trade Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Providing counter and phone service to trade customers

Process customers' orders and preparing quotes

Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders

Unloading & Loading Trucks

Organising and maintaining stock

Supporting general sales activities

Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse

Occasional deliveries using a small ute

About you

To be successful, you will need:

Minimum 1 years warehouse experience

Reliable and strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Current Driver Licence and Forklift Licence
