Job summary

Luv Bridal is seeking a Warehouse Assistant on a 12-month maternity leave contract. The role is based onsite at the Gold Coast head office and involves stocking, processing, storage and dispatch across showrooms.

About the role…

We're looking for an organized, hands-on and reliable individual to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. With a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach, you'll play an important role in ensuring stock is received, processed, stored and dispatched accurately and efficiently across our Luv Bridal showrooms. From coordinating incoming shipments and managing inventory to arranging domestic and international freight, you'll help keep our warehouse running smoothly and ensure our showrooms have everything they need. This role is based onsite at our Gold Coast head office on a 12-month maximum-term contract.

Who we're looking for…

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or stock management role.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining stock accuracy.

Organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.

Confident coordinating domestic and international freight, including customs documentation.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying discrepancies.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting operational deadlines.

Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized and safe warehouse in line with OH&S standards.

Happy to work in a hands-on warehouse environment, including regularly lifting and moving stock and being on your feet throughout the day.

A positive team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across the business.
