Job Description

Sydney-based supplier of doors and architectural hardware to the construction industry, is seeking a motivated Warehouse & Operations Cadet to join their growing team in Stanmore. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is computer literate and wants to build a long-term career. The successful applicant will assist with warehouse operations, preparing customer orders, managing stock and delivering hardware to construction sites.

Full training and ongoing mentoring will be provided, with opportunities for future career progression. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Pick, pack and prepare door hardware and customer orders accurately.

Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting and organising stock. Load and unload deliveries, ensuring safe manual handling practices. Deliver door hardware to construction sites using the company's automatic ute.

Use computer systems to assist with order processing and general warehouse administration. Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment. Perform other general duties as required by the employer.

What our client is ideally looking for: Reliable, punctual and committed to long-term employment. Computer literate and comfortable learning new software systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Holds a valid Australian driver's licence Comfortable driving a company ute and making deliveries to construction sites.

Physically capable of manual handling, including lifting and moving hardware safely. Willing to work across warehouse operations, deliveries and administrative tasks. Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Previous warehouse experience advantageous but not essential. Available Monday to Friday, commencing at 7:30 am.
