Job summary

Kajaria Tiles Australia in Campbellfield VIC is seeking an entry/mid-level Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, stock control and safe practices. The role offers a permanent full-time or casual option and is based in Campbellfield with a 9am–5pm schedule, five days a week.

You’ll work with basic MS Office, assist with inventory in Fishbowl, and contribute to a small, cooperative team environment. Free parking is available.

Qualifications

• Reliable and self-martered with a proactive approach.
• Experience in basic MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Forklift driving experience.
• Ability to lift 20–25 kg.
• Fit and health-conscious with awareness of WHS regulations in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Order picking and packing for delivery.
• Check and verify orders are correct.
• Occasionally deliver orders to customers.
• Process orders in the Inventory system (Fishbowl – training provided).
• Receive stock, unload and label items.
• Assist with stock and inventory management.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and follow processes.

The Company is a fast-growing and recognised brand in the supply of tiles, flooring products and Bath wares products in the Australian market. Our sales cover wholesale and retail distribution around Australia and New Zealand,we are expanding and have opened another warehouse.

Currently, we are seeking an entry/mid-level Warehouse Assistant for our warehouse in Campbellfield for assisting in warehouse operations, order pick-ups & deliveries, stock and inventory management.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will primarily focus on assisting the warehouse team. Free parking available.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Order picking and packing for delivery
• Check and verify all orders are correct
• Occasionally Order delivery to customer.
• Order processing in Inventory system (software used is Fishbowl – training provided).
• Receive stock, unload and label
• Provide assistance to stock and inventory management
• General warehouse duties (make sure warehouse is kept clean at all times and with maximized available space, follow warehouse processes and procedures)
• Adherence to health and safety regulations
• Adherence to company order management processes and procedures

Position Description: Permanent Full-Time or Casual (depending on availability and suitability of the candidate)

Location: Campbellfield

Time of Operation: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday (5 days/week)
