Job summary

Scicluna’s Wholesale in Victoria is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant for the day shift. You will replenish and organise stock in the cool-room, maintain FIFO, and support efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience handling fresh fruit and vegetables is highly regarded.
• Forklift licence (LF) is desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Physically fit to lift up to 20kg and work in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse or wholesale experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Replenish and organise warehouse and cool-room stock accurately.
• Ensure correct stock rotation (FIFO) to maintain freshness and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Assist with unloading, moving, and stacking stock.
• Monitor product quality and report issues or shortages.
• Operate a forklift where required (if licensed).
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our day shift team.

This role involves replenishing and organising stock within the cool-room environment, ensuring correct stock rotation (FIFO), maintaining product quality, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

About You

• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit able to lift up to 20kg without any issues
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a warehouse or wholesale environment is an advantage
