Job summary

Thats Hot Gifts and Collectables in Melbourne is seeking a warehouse assistant to join a large, enthusiastic team. You will handle picking, packing and warehouse tasks, while supporting event stall preparations for pop-culture conventions.

The role involves driving deliveries, inventory checks and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The ideal candidate will have a full or probationary driver's license, and be available for standard full-time hours (9:00am–5:30pm).

Qualifications

• Full-time availability: 9:00am–5:30pm
• Driver's license: Full or probationary license required

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing stock for shipment
• Driving deliveries to and from the warehouse
• Counting and auditing inventory levels
• Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
• Setting up stalls for events (PAX, Oz Comic Con, Dreamhack, Smash, Animaga)
• Operating pallet jacks and forklifts

Duties:

• Picking and packing stock, preparing them for shipment
• Driving deliveries to and from our warehouse
• Counting and confirming inventory, auditing our stock levels
• Keeping our beautiful warehouse clean and tidy
• Preparing our stall for cons (PAX, Oz Comic Con, Dreamhack, Smash, Animaga etc)
• Operating heavy machinery (pallet jacks, forklifts)
• Loving your job!

Requirements:

• Driver's license: Full or probationary driver's license is required
• Full time availability: Hours are 9:00am-5:30pm
