Job summary

MployHR is seeking a Warehouse All-rounder for a pharmaceutical industry client in Brisbane on the morning shift (6:24 am to 2:30 pm). The role offers $33.85/hr plus super and Monday to Friday work.

Responsibilities include stock reception, picking/packing, loading/unloading, operating dispensing and packaging equipment, and maintaining GMP-compliant safety and documentation. Long-term permanency is possible.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years packing experience in pharmaceutical/medical/health-related or food industry.
• Must work quickly, efficiently, and with accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.
• Proficient reading/writing in English and pass police check.
• Has full working rights and availability Monday–Friday.
• Must pass a medical check.

Our Client

Our client is a leading Australian healthcare services provider that supports pharmacies, healthcare professionals, and patients through innovative medication management and packaging solutions.

They are currently looking for experienced pick packers preferably with pharmaceutical/medical/food industry experience.

About the Role

Morning Shift (6:24 am to 2:30 pm) $33.85/hr + Super

Monday to Friday

Long-term ongoing role with a view to permanency.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, check and store incoming stock.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Lift, carry and move boxes and materials around the warehouse.
• Load, unload and relocate stock safely.
• Operate dispensing and packaging equipment.
• Conduct quality checks and complete required documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse in line with GMP standards.

About You

• At least 1-2 years of packing experience in a pharmaceutical/medical/health-related industry or food industry
• Must be able to work quickly, efficiently, and with accuracy.
• Must have good communication skills and work well with other team members.
• Must have good computer skills and be able to read, write, and proficiently speak in English.
• Can submit and pass a police check (at your own expense).
• Has full working rights and is available to work Mondays to Fridays.
• Pass a medical check.
• Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo an interview with the manager, submit a police check, and pass a pre-employment medical check before commencing.
