Job summary

Mploy HR Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Pick Packer for the pharmaceutical sector in Brisbane. The role offers a morning shift (6:24 am to 2:30 pm) on weekdays and a long-term ongoing pathway with permanency potential.

Key duties include receiving and checking stock, maintaining accurate inventory, and performing packaging tasks in a GMP-compliant environment. Applicants should have 1–2 years of pharma/medical/food packing experience and be able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of packing experience in a pharmaceutical/medical/health-related industry or food industry.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming stock.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock control.
• Manual handling of stock, including lifting, carrying, and moving boxes throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, and relocate cartons and materials while following safe manual handling practices.
• Prepare and operate dispensing and packaging equipment as required.
• Perform quality checks and accurately document packaging processes.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with GMP and workplace safety standards.
