Job summary

MployHR is seeking a reliable Packer for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Melbourne. The role covers morning shifts from 6 AM to 2 PM, with a long-term view to permanency.

You will support production, operate equipment, and ensure strict quality and GMP standards are followed. Ideal candidates will have experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing packing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, production, or packing environments is preferred
• Ability to operate machinery and follow SOPs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Good computer skills and ability to read, write, and communicate proficiently in English
• Able to pass a medical examination
• Able to submit and pass a police check
• Full working rights and availability to work Monday to Friday
• Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete an assessment, interview with the manager, medical check, and police check.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting production processes, operating equipment, and ensuring products are prepared, packed, and handled in line with strict quality and safety standards.

About the Role

• Monday to Friday
