Job summary

Golden Heart Care Pty Ltd T/A Delta Packaging is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to ensure efficient warehouse operations, manage inventory, and support logistics coordination from its Melbourne-based facility.

The role requires AQF Cert II/III, 1-2 years in warehouse administration or logistics, proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse software, and strong organizational and communication skills. Full-time, 38 hours per week with competitive salary and 12% superannuation.

Qualifications

• AQF Certificate II or III (ANZSCO Skill Level 4) is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration or logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Analysing orders and gathering information for production plans.
• Confirming completion of orders and signing tally sheets.
• Ordered products from inventory and delivering them to divisions and other businesses.
• Receiving and checking purchase requests against inventory records.
• Establishing and coordinating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, and shipping goods.
