Job summary

Milwaukee Tools is seeking a proactive Warehouse Administrator to join our Melbourne distribution centre. You will link warehouse operations with SAP EWM, optimise product slotting, and use Excel to maintain data accuracy, ensuring smooth order flow and a superior customer experience.

The role prefers prior warehouse/DC experience, SAP EWM exposure, and familiarity with Voice Pick or RF equipment, with a strong eye for detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Experience with SAP EWM in a fast-paced distribution centre.
• Experience with Voice Pick or RF equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Team player with ability to multitask and prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders are maintained in the work bank for pick and despatch in line with workflow and lead times.
• Allocate team members to work groups; use WMS IDs to maintain KPI performance.
• Follow system processes and procedures with BU and SLA alignment.
• Analyse first-level workflow and elevate issues to the leadership team; ensure timely task completion.
