Job summary

ProQuest Recruitment & Training is seeking a highly organised Inventory Administrator for a casual role in Tullamarine, VIC. You will manage inventory records, support warehouse systems and assist hands-on with picking and packing as needed.

Key responsibilities include stock reconciliations, cycle counts, reporting and collaboration with warehouse teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Prior SAP EWM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are required.
• Experience with SAP EWM or other warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse slotting, cycle counting and stocktakes is essential.
• Strong administrative, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Willingness to assist with hands-on warehouse duties including picking and packing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock information.
• Use SAP EWM or other warehouse management systems.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and assist with inventory reconciliations.
• Perform cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory audits.
• Support inventory reporting, data entry and stock control.
• Assist with warehouse slotting and stock management processes.
• Liaise with warehouse teams and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Assist with picking, packing and general warehouse duties as required.
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure stock accuracy and efficiency.
