Job summary

Milwaukee Tools is seeking a proactive Warehouse Administrator in Melbourne to bridge warehouse operations with SAP EWM. You will optimise slotting, ensure SKU accuracy, and drive efficient product flow to support peak DC performance.

The role requires experience in inventory control, strong Excel skills, and exposure to a Distribution Centre environment. A keen eye for detail and continuous improvement mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/inventory control.
• Proficiency with SAP EWM and related warehouse systems.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain orders in the work bank for pick and dispatch in line with workflow and lead times to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Allocate team members to work groups and use WMS IDs to ensure cost‑effective workflow and KPI achievement.
• Follow system processes and SLAs in collaboration with the customer BU and service levels.
• Review and analyse workflow at first level and escalate issues to the leadership team for review.
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
