Job summary

OZ Design Furniture in Welshpool, Perth WA is seeking a Warehouse & Administration Manager to lead our warehouse and administrative operations.

Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you will manage day-to-day activities, drive inventory accuracy, coordinate deliveries, and champion safety.

This hands-on leadership role offers a practical, team-focused environment with opportunities to influence service levels across stores and customers.

Qualifications

• Experienced warehouse or logistics supervisor/manager
• Strong people leadership and team motivation
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Experience in inventory management, receiving, dispatch and warehouse processes
• Safety-focused with a hands-on leadership style

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day warehouse operation and team.
• Lead, train and develop warehouse and administration staff.
• Plan and coordinate picking, receiving, dispatch and stock transfers.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy and effective use of warehouse space.
• Monitor staff productivity, attendance, performance and labour costs.
• Coordinate local deliveries, collections and transfers.
• Oversee warehouse administration, including backorders, invoicing, reports and stock returns.
• Provide support to stores and internal departments.
• Coordinate home delivery administration and follow-up requirements.
• Ensure a safe, clean and compliant warehouse environment.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency and service levels.
