Job summary

Protecht Group is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at our busy Malaga distribution facility in Western Australia. The role offers a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary and a supportive team culture.

You will oversee warehouse staff, coordinate inbound/outbound freight, and drive stock control, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution or storage environments.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Forklift operation experience and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising warehouse staff
• Coordinating inbound and outbound freight activities
• Perform forklift operations as required to support warehouse activities
