Job summary

Harvey Norman Blacktown is seeking a motivated 2IC for the Blacktown Warehouse to deliver Great Service, Always! You will assist in dispatching and receiving orders, coach staff, and engage with customers to ensure a high standard of service. This role requires strong communication, organisation, and leadership within a busy warehouse.

Flexibility across retail hours including weekends, with a focus on safety and efficiency. A forklift license and manual driver license are preferred.

The Harvey Norman Blacktown Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused 2IC to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a 2IC, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
• Experience in warehouse management
• Have the ability to warehouse operations, assist coaching, lead and motivated an enthusiastic team
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a \"can do\" attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers License (Manual Drivers Licence Preferred)
