Healthscope is seeking a motivated Ward Clerk to join Acacia (Surgical A Ward) at Norwest Private Hospital. You will be at the centre of a busy surgical ward, coordinating communications, supporting nursing and multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations for patients and families.

The role requires excellent organisation, strong communication, and a proactive, adaptable mindset to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced hospital environment.

• Be the first point of contact for patients, families, visitors, VMOs and staff.
• Coordinate ward communications and administrative processes to support the efficient operation of the ward.
• Provide administrative support to nursing, medical and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage competing priorities in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Support a positive patient experience through excellent communication and service.
