Job summary

Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Administrative Clinical Support Officer (Level 3) for Concord Centre for Mental Health. The role supports nurses, medical staff and allied health staff, aligned with ward/unit service needs, with shift times arranged locally.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, be proficient in word processing, spreadsheets and databases, and hold or pursue a Certificate III in Health Administration.

Qualifications

• Experience with word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
• Willingness to undertake Health Administration training.
• Demonstrated organisational ability and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support nurses, midwives, medical and allied health staff in daily tasks.
• Liaise with ward clerks and administrative staff to maintain workflows.
