Job summary

Granite Group is seeking a Training Consultant to hands-on implement WalkMe and support the Hyphen suite with learning solutions in Melbourne. The role focuses on translating new systems into in-system guidance and practical adoption content.

You will design learning materials, facilitate training sessions, and collaborate with Training, Change, and L&D teams to ensure effective user adoption and smooth project delivery. Six-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with digital adoption platforms, ideally WalkMe.
• Ability to build and configure WalkMe content.
• Design learning materials and facilitate training.
• Translate complex processes into clear guidance.
• Strong stakeholder communication.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure digital adoption content, ideally using WalkMe.
• Design and develop learning materials for new technology and business processes.
• Facilitate end-user training, demonstrations, workshops and/or train-the-trainer sessions.
• Quickly understand new technology, business processes and user journeys.
• Determine the most appropriate learning intervention for WalkMe, training, or materials.
• Develop user guides, quick-reference guides, digital learning content and facilitator materials.
• Work with Training/L&D and business teams within a transformation or technology implementation.
• Engage effectively with business SMEs and technology teams.
• Independently build, test, troubleshoot and refine WalkMe content.
• Collaborate with WalkMe support when required.
• Document the solution and support transition to BAU ownership.
