Speller International seeks an experienced SAP WalkMe Specialist to support a major SAP transformation. This hands-on role focuses on building and configuring WalkMe solutions that guide users through SAP processes.

Remote Australia-wide, with three positions available. The engagement can be full-time or part-time, requiring strong SAP knowledge and the ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive digital guidance for business users.

SAP WalkMe Specialist (Build) – SAP S/4HANA Transformation

Contract: 1 November 2026 – 31 May 2027, with potential extension

The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced SAP WalkMe Specialists to support a major SAP transformation. This is a hands-on digital adoption role focused on building and configuring WalkMe solutions that guide users through SAP business processes.

We are looking for specialists who can do more than simply create on-screen guidance. You will need a strong understanding of SAP business processes to ensure WalkMe solutions accurately reflect how the system and business workflows operate.

Working closely with business SMEs, project teams and change and training specialists, you will help develop practical, user-friendly digital adoption solutions that support the successful adoption of SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure and maintain WalkMe content, including interactive walkthroughs, SmartTips, Launchers and other digital adoption solutions.
• Translate SAP business processes into clear, intuitive WalkMe guidance and workflows.
• Work closely with SAP functional teams and business SMEs to understand process requirements and validate content accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve the user experience and simplify complex SAP processes through digital adoption.
• Test and refine WalkMe solutions to ensure they are accurate, effective and aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with change management and training teams to ensure WalkMe content supports the broader adoption strategy.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure content remains aligned with evolving system and process changes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Hands-on WalkMe experience, including building and configuring digital adoption content.
• A strong understanding of SAP business processes and how users interact with SAP.
• Experience translating business workflows into practical digital guidance.
• The ability to work confidently with SMEs, SAP functional consultants and project stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience supporting an SAP transformation, ideally involving SAP S/4HANA.

Experience across SAP Finance, Procurement, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or HSE/OH&S processes would be advantageous.

Candidates with a combination of strong WalkMe build capability and SAP process knowledge will be particularly well suited.
