Job summary

Bar Carolina and Tetto di Carolina, South Yarra institutions, are seeking a Senior Bar and Floor Staff to join a diversified venue that includes a one hat restaurant, bar and events.

• A minimum of two years experience within the hospitality industry.
• Experience with Italian cuisine.
