Andaz Gold Coast is looking for bright, curious hospitality people to join our Food & Beverage team across full-time, part-time and casual opportunities. We’re currently recruiting waiters — full-time to help create memorable dining experiences, welcoming guests with confidence and genuine personality.

You’ll deliver attentive service, read the room, maintain product knowledge, and work closely with culinary, bar and hotel teams while following responsible service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, hotel or premium hospitality venue.
• Genuine interest in food, wine and guest experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Polished, natural service style.
• Availability across weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Current Queensland RSA certificate (for applicable roles).
• Full Australian working rights.
