Job summary

Goji Penrith is seeking enthusiastic Waitstaff and Bartenders to join across our three venues. You will provide warm, friendly service, take orders, handle POS input and ensure smooth service between kitchen and bar.

The role requires relevant hospitality and bar experience, strong communication skills, reliability and a positive attitude. RSA is required; drivers license preferred. Flexible shifts across venues are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience.
• Minimum 1 year bar experience.
• Barista experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual and well presented.
• Available to work across all three venues.
• RSA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Take customers orders accurately and input through POS system.
• Clear, clean and reset tables efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverage orders to tables promptly.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Mix cocktails and follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar area.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish fridges and restock bar supplies.
• Check customer identification and refuse service when required and ensure RSA is followed at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

About you

• Previous hospitality experience (1 year minimum)
• Previous bar experience (1 year minimum)
• Barista experience also advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual and well presented
• Ability to multi task and work well within a team
• Must be available to work across all three venues
• Valid RSA
• Drivers licence (preferred)
