Job summary

Australian Agricultural Company (AACo) seeks a hands-on Livestock Supervisor to lead the feedlot team at Goonoo. You will mentor staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure cattle welfare and data accuracy in a WHS-compliant environment.

Responsibilities include training on stock handling, facility maintenance and working with the Livestock Manager to prioritise activities. Strong leadership and practical cattle-handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to mentor, develop and motivate team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive team culture.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
• Know-how in cattle handling and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the feedlot team to deliver daily operations.
• Coordinate activities, training and maintenance of feedlot facilities and equipment.
• Monitor cattle welfare, health and movements in line with policies.
• Maintain accurate livestock records and ensure WHS compliance.
• Foster effective communication between Livestock Manager and team.
