AACo is seeking a hands-on Livestock Supervisor to lead and mentor the feedlot team at Goonoo, Queensland. You will coordinate daily livestock operations, supervise handling and welfare, and drive safe, efficient outcomes while maintaining records and facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a positive team culture.
• Proven ability to mentor, develop and motivate team members.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support our feedlot team to deliver safe, efficient daily operations.
• Oversee cattle handling, welfare, treatments and movements in line with AACo policies.
• Maintain accurate livestock records and coordinate facility maintenance.
• Ensure WHS, QA, and environmental standards are met and drive continuous improvement.
