Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of Western Australian residential tenancy laws and local practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Proven organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple properties.
• Proficiency with Property Tree software and Microsoft Office applications.
• High level of honesty, integrity, and professional discretion with sensitive information.
• Problem-solving mindset to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Current driver's licence and current Property Managers registration.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, coordinate maintenance and tenant relations.
• Market vacant properties, screen prospective tenants, and execute lease agreements with VA support.
• Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with contractors.
• Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation, local council regulations and strata by-laws.
• Manage lease renewals, rent increases and tenant transitions with professionalism.
• Handle tenant disputes, complaints, and conflict resolution impartially.
• Maintain accurate and organised property files, documentation and digital records.
