Job summary

Ascent Property Co is seeking an experienced Property Manager to own and manage a 120–130 property residential portfolio in Western Australia. You will run end-to-end leasing, tenancy administration, and portfolio maintenance with the support of the Directors and a quality-focused team.

This role emphasizes strong client service, professional communication, and meticulous property oversight, with a competitive total package including a $100,000+ base, superannuation, a company car, and a work

Qualifications

• Experience managing a residential property portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of WA tenancy legislation and property management processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently within a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Manage landlord and tenant relationships end-to-end.
• Own your portfolio from start to vacate.
• Advertise and lease vacant properties.
• Conduct open homes and private viewings.
• Process applications and tenant screening.
• Prepare tenancy agreements and documentation.
• Complete Property Condition Reports and routine inspections.
• Manage lease renewals and rent reviews.
• Coordinate maintenance and contractors.
