Rimfire Resources is seeking a Business Development Manager for Western Australia to grow and maintain a farm-based client base. The role involves one-on-one and on-site engagement with growers, agronomists and retailers, tailoring precision ag solutions to improve decisions and farm efficiency.

The position requires travel to client sites, with a work-from-home setup and strong support from a regional leadership team. Ideal candidates have WA broadacre experience and a client-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Client facing experience gained in the Australian broadacre sector (critical).
• Relentless focus on customer experience.
• Sound knowledge of WA agronomy, soils and/or farming systems.
• Experience delivering high-value services.
• Excellent time management and communication/presentation skills.
• Commercial acumen and an affinity for information technology.
