Racing Queensland is a statutory body governing Queensland's Thoroughbred, Greyhound, and Harness racing industries. This Parental Leave cover role sits in the VSAW Team and provides high-quality administrative support for the department's operations, including the QOTT program and greyhound welfare schemes.

Reporting to the Senior Animal Care Manager, you will handle day-to-day admin tasks, contribute to data dashboards, manage travel and expense processes, and build partnerships with internal

Responsabilités

• Process invoices and payments, participate in the switchboard roster and answer the VSAW enquiry line, book travel, reconcile credit card payments and process expense claims.
• Contribute to development of data repositories and dashboards across VSAW functions.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Finance and Procurement, and monitor feedback.
• Contribute to creation, revision and audit of VSAW processes and procedures to optimise efficiency.
• Actively participate in VSAW promotional activities and events.
