Job summary

Access Aged Care is seeking a VR General Practitioner to join our team on a fly-in, fly-out basis across regional locations in Australia. You will provide on-site clinical care to residents in Residential Aged Care Homes, supported by nurses, telehealth geriatricians and a streamlined operational system.

This role offers structured, well-supported care with dedicated nursing coordination and minimal administration, allowing you to focus on clinical decision-making and resident relationships

Qualifications

• Availability to commit to FIFO blocks of 2-5 consecutive days weekly or fortnightly.
• AHPRA Specialist registration (no conditions) is required.
• RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship is required.
• Comfort with system-based reporting and common clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical care to residents in Residential Aged Care Homes across regional locations.
• Collaborate with Access Aged Care nurses, telehealth geriatricians and specialists.
• Deliver proactive, relationship-based care with focused time on residents.
