Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG Australia is seeking a high-impact Relationship Manager, Core Coverage - Vice President to lead Citi Commercial Bank Australia's growth of $15–$150 million turnover clients. You will report to the Country Head and join the Leadership Team, shaping strategy and client coverage across Australia.

You will originate, develop and deepen relationships with high-growth mid-market companies, including founders, CEOs and PE sponsors, leveraging Citi's global platform for

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of relationship management and corporate banking experience.
• Proven success in originating, acquiring and growing corporate relationships.
• Strong credit, structuring and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead core coverage and shape strategic direction for Citi Australia’s franchise.
• Manage relationships with founders, CEOs, CFOs and sponsors; expand wallet share.
• Source and convert new business across lending, treasury, trade, and capital markets.
• Oversee end-to-end credit relationships and negotiate complex financing while managing risk.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery to provide seamless client experience and onboarding.
